Terms and Conditions for using the Eagles Nest Fuel Farm
Notes Regarding the Fuel Farm
The Fuel Farm is located at Eagle Neck Airport (1GA0). Eagle Neck Homeowner's Association, Inc. owns the airport, but the Fuel Farm is not affiliated with and is owned and operated independently of the Homeowner's Association.
Rules for Using the Fuel Farm
The Fuel Farm is run by private indivduals that offer the service as a convenience to others. It is not a public facility. If you are offered the privilege of using the facility, please abide by the following rules.
1. You have been issued a Prokee and a UserID. Take care not to lose your Prokee. You have agreed to be responsible for all fuel purchases made with that Prokee up until you both a) notify us that the key is lost or stolen, and b) sufficient time is allowed for us to program the fuel dispenser to disable the key. You have also agreed to pay a fee for a lost key.
2. You have agreed not to let anyone else use your key unless you notify us. Just let us know whenever that happens so that we can post the amounts due properly.
3. If you are receiving a discount on the price of fuel, then that discount applies to you only. If you use your key to buy gas for a guest, and the guest will reimburse you, then the guest is not authorized to have the discount. (That would be theft.) Of course, if you are honestly paying for the gas as a gift to the guest, then your discount would apply.
4. Please pay your fuel bill in a timely manner. Invoices are posted on this website in the early part of the month following the month of the invoice. Please pay your invoice within the month that it is posted.
